Candace Salima for National Delegate

OPEN LETTER TO
Utah GOP State Delegates

MY NAME IS CANDACE SALIMA AND I AM RUNNING TO REPRESENT THE GREAT STATE OF UTAH AS A NATIONAL DELEGATE AT THE RNC NATIONAL CONVENTION IN TAMPA BAY, FL.

We stand at an historical point in America. We are on the precipice of becoming a nation based on European Socialism – or – will we hold on to the Republic our Founding Fathers gave us? Years ago, I promised my father I would fight to keep from happening in America what happened in Europe when World War II broke out. As current presidential candidate Mitt Romney often says, “We are in a fight for the very heart and soul of America.” This is a fight I am unwilling to lose.

Extremely active in politics for nearly two decades, I have served our party in a variety of capacities, and have counted it an honor to do so. And now, it would be my great honor to represent the great state of Utah at the Republican National Convention in Tampa Bay Florida on August 27-30, 2012.

If delegates are released at the RNC National Convention, I will vote for Mitt Romney. Should he become an nonviable candidate at some juncture, I will vote according to the voter rankings from the Utah Primary.

I invite you to visit my website at www.elect.candacesalima.com and learn more about what drives me as an American, a Republican and a Utahan. Feel free to email me at ces@candacesalima.com. I ask for your vote as well as welcome your questions and thoughts.

Thank you,
Candace E. Salima
