On October 11th we watched Congressman Paul Ryan, the head of the Finance Committee in the House of Representatives of the U.S. Congress debate Vice-President Joe Biden, who gave a remarkable imitation of a laughing buffoon. Here, Congressman Ryan speaks of the fiscal discipline necessary to get America back on the road to economic recovery.
