He has written a couple of others, also, but I haven't gotten them yet. I got it free from iherb.com when ordering supplements. I really liked it because he talks about eating food as closely to how God made it as possible and avoiding foods that are altered. One of the things that really struck me in it was why it is important to eat local fruits/vegs in the season. It is a really good read.Terry Neff Allenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09026308108060372481noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-738015707983587606.post-16277468996383516292008-08-12T03:02:00.000-06:002008-08-12T03:02:00.000-06:00A very informative post. I must admit that I tend to use multi-vitamins which I buy online from sites such as Goldshield for convenience. I think people fall into the trap of believing that these pills will take care of all your diet shortfalls. After reading your post I will definitely keep an eye out for the them trans fats on my next shopping trip.Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15356717821479580775noreply@blogger.com
